Customizing the Plan9 Bitsy setup

• missing unicode.6.font file
• fcall, so we could use cpu over tcp connections
• Acme, euro.8.font and associated helper programs
• vt, so we can connect to unix machines
• netkey
• pwd
• /n/ftp so ftpfs will work
• a driver for the ec2t network card

All of this is in our armsac.proto file. or the patch from the standard version.
